How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Flightsromantic Tree Service wants every homeowner to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Flightsromantic Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Flightsromantic Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@flightsromantic.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
